MASSAGE & BODYWORK AT YOGALINA OXFORD

Meet our Practitioners…

MITCH

My journey into massage therapy came from a passion for fitness, health and understanding how the body moves, performs and recovers. After completing my Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy qualification in 2025, I’ve continued to develop my skills and knowledge, including becoming certified in Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM).

My approach focuses on helping people improve mobility, manage muscular tension and support recovery, whether they’re active in sport, regularly training or just looking to feel better.r simply dealing with the physical demands of everyday life. I’m particularly interested in the relationship between movement, the deeper structures of the body and overall wellbeing, and how physical treatments can support both the body and mind.

I’m also passionate about the connection between the body, mind and central nervous system (CNF). I’m interested in how our nervous system influences how we feel, move and respond to stress, and how we can become more aware of our bodies and reconnect with ourselves. I believe that taking time to slow down, tune in and listen to our bodies can play an important role in our overall wellbeing.

For me, massage is about more than just treating a specific area. It’s about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves, release built-up tension and feel more comfortable in their own bodies. Whether the goal is sports recovery, improved movement or simply taking time out from the demands of everyday life, my aim is to provide a personalised treatment that supports each individual in feeling and moving better, both physically and mentally.
