Pilates at Yogalina Oxford is all about building strength, control, and connection in a way that feels both effective and energising. We offer a variety of classes, from slower, technique-focused sessions to more dynamic, high-intensity flows, all designed to support core strength, posture, and overall body awareness.
Our experienced instructors bring a high level of expertise and attention to detail, ensuring every class is both challenging and accessible, with options to suit all levels.
Classes take place across The Powerhouse, our bright, high-energy studio, and The Loft, a more intimate space for focused, mindful movement. For a more personalised approach, we also offer 1:1 Pilates sessions in our Alignment Lab.
And of course, you can finish your session with a fresh juice, matcha, or hot drink to refuel and recharge.
